Everyone has seen the Bowflex commercials on television.
Most people probably wonder what it is about them that makes them so expensive. Well I can tell you that they do actually work, that is if you use them, and they are easy to put weight onto. You can do so many lifts with just one machine. You can do bench press, decline bench press, curls, leg extensions, leg curls, and so many other lifts too. They a very small for what they can do, they do not take up much room at all. That is why they are high priced, but they are worth every penny I think!
