Builder say this train will be bullet fast, and about 400 feet long and only about 2-5 feet off the ground.

Why are they wanting to build this? The people in charge say that they want to build this be airports and interstates are more crouded than ever. The creaters of this train say it will travel at about a speed of 300 miles per hour. Fast huh?
